Gempitafest Michigan

Kalau tahun lepas kitorg gi battle of the band kat purdue, kali ni ade gempitafest kat michigan. Kitorg gi hari khamis Nov 25, stay sehari kat Northwestern University, esok baru gerak ke University of Michigan. Lama jugak dari Evanston ke Ann Arbor, ade dalam 8 jam

Lake Calhoun summer 04

Ok dah malas nak cakap inggeris lagi dah. Cakap melayu lagi senang  . Ni gambar masa summer 04 kat Minnesota. Very nice. Siangnya panjang, matahari naik pukul 3.50 pagi terbenam dalam pukul 9.00 malam. Masa ni jalan-jalan ke Lake Calhoun.. main kayak..best

Midwest Games 2004 dinner

The midwest games 2004 was officially ended on May 30th and the grand dinner was held at the closing night. it was raining in the evening, but that did not stop anyone of us from enjoying our meal and having fun with friends

Persisma soccer team
|

On the last 29 and 30th may, the midwest games 2004 was held here in university of minnesota. midwest games is an annual sport, which malaysian students from all over the united states come to compete in different field of sports. i managed to join the persisma soccer team, representing the honorable host university of minnesota. we had our training since last year, but it had become tougher and harder training during the last 2 weeks before the midwest games started.however i did not play in the midwest games, since i got knee injury during training 4 days before the game  . kinda bad, and i have to wear knee support.doctor said my ligament was torn, but i did not proceed for further medical treatment because i did not have enough money for operation since insurance coverage was merely 80%.i just hope i can play next time..well forget about that. persisma managed to win against rpi 2-1, cwru 3-0, cmu 3-0, vanderbilt 1-1, usc 2-1 and stucked at the semi-final after losing to purdue 0-3. congratulations persisma !

Trip to Chicago, Ann Arbor, Colombus and Madison

Hoorey! spring break! ( though it was still snow everywhere ) ..it was our second travel, with the longer route. we visited our friends who live far away in michigan and ohio.haha it was really great to see them again and having fun together.

One of the great things to do here is to get to know other people.. and i had that chance. being in the class with other people from other country, religion and culture is really interesting, though it's kinda hard at first but i think i am getting used to it. so, here are the pictures. take a look

Trip to Chicago, West Lafayette, Madison

Hoorey! time to travel. first trip out of minnesota actually it was a trip where we were helping azliana back to her home in chicago, and also iwan and fixx had to go to purdue university in indiana for the band performance. we rent 2 cars which cost about usd400 per week (each car).the route from minneapolis-madison took about 5 hrs, madison-chicago 3hrs, chicago-west lafayette 3 hrs.sooo... it's tiring, but really exciting !
